When I am so happy I run
When I am down I run
When I am confused I run
Running works for me because I run on one of these
Run like you're leaving all of your problems behind
Sprint till you're out of breath, the only thing you'll hear is your heart beating strong till the top of you head.
At that moment you'll make it through
Rage released, sadness leaks, happiness burst
& you'll be stronger to face the problem, at least you've tried the other option ;)
